  • The objective of this role is to lead, support and develop the membership sales team and to achieve the overall sales targets of Next Gen, Doncaster. You should be passionate about working with people and have exceptional leadership qualities.

    This role reports to the Club's General Manager and is further supported by the Group Sales Manager. Thinking ahead?     You must have proven success as a Sales Manager in the same or a similar industry, a rigorous understanding of the psychology of sales, the ability to implement & monitor sales strategies and motivate a sales team will all key attributes of the successful

    Interviews will commence for this role in January 2021 with a commencement date of mid March 2021.

    You will be responsible for

  • Exceeding sales targets by selling new memberships
  • Achieving set KPI’s covering all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Face to face and telecommunication sales
  • Conducting tours to prospective members of our grand facilities
  • Coaching and supporting the Members Consultants to achieve their goals
  • To be successful in this role you will have

  • A passion for health and fitness
  • Experience and success in a sales environment (preferably within the health and fitness industry)
  • Leadership experience and the ability to manage to get the desired results
  • A sound understanding of the psychology of sales
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Confident with effective communication skills
  • Pro-active in achieving personal sales targets
  • Experience in telecommunication sales
  • The ability to relate to the varying needs of prospective members
  • A fun attitude

  • Flexible hours and days (7 days a week) along with occasional interstate travel are required for this role
