Pinnacle Paint Supplies are looking to recruit an administration/branch assistant trainee. Initially you will be working under close direction using established practices, procedures and instructions.

We are looking for a candidate who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training (and a certificate III) in Business.

About the opportunity:
Tasks will include, but are not limited to: 

  •  Maintain a high level of service to all internal and external customers
  • Maintain product awareness of new releases/promotions and where appropriate up-sell when communicating with customers
  • Provide customer assistance including product application support
  • Screen and transfer calls to the appropriate person and take detailed messages where required
  • Process customer payments
  • Sales orders to be processed to 100% accuracy level
  • Customer satisfactions surveys
  • Process sales orders received via phone, email, fax, online
  • Check and confirm customer account status, inventory & pricing
  • Release orders to warehouse for picking
  • Invoice fulfilled orders and release for dispatch in compliance with company procedures
  • Processing of backorders in adherence with company procedures
