Description:

Working for this higher education provider as a Business Analyst you will be involved in the elaboration and delivery of new features, enhancements or products within a large Portfolio. 

Your brand new role will see you interact with the senior stakeholders, SME's and the development team in order to understand business needs and see these through to solutions that create value for end-users. 

Key Accountabilities

Facilitate inception workshops with business and technical stakeholders to extract features/epics

Define, analyse and document current and future state business processes and requirements

Contribute to business case development

Interpret technical and business needs and translate them into strategically informed application and operational requirements

Support architecture, development and testing teams in requirements clarification throughout the project lifecycle

Apply best practice to produce solution documentation using process and data diagrams

Skills and experience

Solid experience working as a Business Analyst within complex, relationship-driven environments 

Ability to drive outcomes through influence and collaboration

Strong experience in detailing business requirements specifications

Exceptional stakeholder management and planning skills

Strong facilitation, process-driven and a positive attitude

Knowledge and understanding with Office 365 and associated technologies

Demonstrate prior knowledge or experience with corporate data analysis, streamlining and migration, with tool and techniques that may have used

Experience in SaaS project highly regarded
