Western Sydney Aquatics is Sydney's newest swimming education service. We deliver stroke development, stroke correction and training programmes for swimmers at our Castle Hill location at Oakhill College. We are seeking to engage the services of an enthusiastic, team orientated and organised person who believes delivering aquatic education to people of all ages and swimming experience is essential for everyone in the community. The position of Swim Coach for Junior and Development swimmers will provide you with a platform of teaching and coaching experience that will develop your skills as an aquatics educator.

Although this position will commence with casual shifts, for a person wishing to pursue swimming education as a career, the position can also be a career coach traineeship. The successful candidate would be assisted with education expenses and on-going training to become a performance level swimming coach. This will be discussed during interviews. Ex-competitive swimmers are encouraged to apply.

The position of Junior Squad Coach will be responsible for delivering stroke development, stroke correct and training programs as per our teaching and coaching syllabus. We require this position to create a respectful, fun and graceous learning enviroment where all students are valued equally for their learning effort. The position mainly involves afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. Attendance at some swimming may also be required.
