About the role:
A broad and exciting newly created role, which offers an experienced ER Manager the chance to add value and play a key role within our wider HR team. Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations you will be responsible for the execution of the employee relations strategy and operational requirements across all entities in the group.
With two direct reports into this role you will be considered the subject matter expert in providing Operational leadership of the HR Advisory function involving a high- volume HR caseload.
This is a Sydney CBD based role, with work from home flexibility. We are undertaking a move to Alexandria mid-August this year so applicants will need to be comfortable with this as a location.
