The Role

As restaurant manager, you will be running the business as your own. You will be mentored by an amazing Group Food and Beverage Manager and General Manager to run all the day to day of the business and work autonomously. You will also be responsible with all the financial, rostering, hiring, training and managing the floor but all with a supportive upper management.

An ideal candidate

  • Previous experience as a restaurant manager, ideally from bistro or Pub settings
  • Great with all aspects financial/P&Ls
  • A passion for customer service and driving a team in all aspects of service with a smile
  • Be a hands on Manager that can take charge and be part of and lead a small team
