We are currently looking for an Offline Executive to join us on a contract basis . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that you are using data, technology and tools to deliver best in class media strategies.

In this role, you will work with the team to deliver best in class media execution. You will build relationships with media vendors across offline media channels and will have some client contact. You will have a strong understanding of the opportunities that exist across various channels and are responsible for the delivery of campaign objectives, ensuring that you are using data, technology and tools to deliver best in class media systems.

You Bring:

Previous experience in media planning and buying

Knowledge of media channels and tools, with experience in TV buying

Passion for the media industry and specifically the importance of investment in the process

1-2 years minimum previous agency or media experience in an investment role

Strong communicator and fluent in English

Some working knowledge of the broad media landscape

Numeric fluency

Strong Excel and ppt skills

What makes a good Offline Executive?

Contribute to daily or weekly team meetings/WIP documents to get across key priorities.

Keep the Senior Investment Executive and Investment Manager updated on the day to day delivery of work.

Support the Investment Coordinators and assist with management of their workloads.

Attend required training to enhance your skills, including nGEN.

Play a key role in the planning and buying process.

Work with the Senior Investment Executive and Investment Manager to review publisher brief responses.

Work on refining and negotiating to get to the optimum solution.

Demonstrate your ongoing use and knowledge of all implementation tools.

Arrange meetings with media owners, tech vendors, auditors amongst others to keep abreast of the latest opportunities for your clients.

Assist the Senior Investment Executive in buying & optimising TV campaigns, OOH, print or radio.

Keep client systems updated with the most relevant planned/booked data.

Ensure invoicing is delivered on time and that PO trackers are kept updated.

Take ownership of any invoice queries ensure they are resolved or managed delivering an ongoing best in class approach to finance management.

Reconcile a completed campaign to ensure all value has been delivered and client KPIs met.
