We’re hiring! We’re a team of 4 and are on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to our team.
In this role, you’ll look after the processing of candidate documentation, actioning internal and external enquiries whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
This is a contract role until June 30. We're currently working from home and will be transitioning back into the office shortly. This role will be located at one of our 4 Melbourne offices (dependent on successful candidate). ‘A week in the life of your new role’ - Providing a wide range of day to day administrative support services to the team as required such as assistance with paperwork and compliance for prospective and successful candidates Monitoring, escalating and responding to enquiries received by the TA team inboxes Undertaking data entry to Job Adder Booking interviews, conducting phone screens and reference checks Fielding and responding to incoming telephone queries and escalating where required Providing a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders The essential bits we need you to bring - A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition/HR An organised, pro-active and driven approach to the way you handle your workload Experience in data entry and administrative support Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Our benefits - You’ll get to work with a dedicated and supportive team Private health insurance discounts Career progression and development opportunities An opportunity to grow within an organisation that puts it’s people first Access to outstanding salary packaging benefits - more money in your take home pay!
