We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager, who will take responsibility for a portfolio of Shopping Centre Assets in Melbourne CBD. These Centres form part of a broader portfolio of assets, providing you with a unique opportunity to work within a mixed use portfolio, which includes an Iconic retail centre in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Your focus in this role is to provide superior Property Management and a high level of service to the client, whilst minimising risks to the owner by leading and developing the onsite team. This is a broad-ranging management role with areas of responsibility including financial (including debtor management), client reporting, EH&S, operational, strategic business planning, staff management, and external stakeholder relationship management. Your ability to build & maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and the broader community will be vital to your success. This is an exciting opportunity for a true retail professional to step into a pivotal role for our longstanding client. What this job involves Your main responsibilities will cover these essential pillars; Financial and Asset Management Client Service Delivery Risk management Staff Management With your Key Result Areas being; Meeting assigned KPIs Provision of superior client services Contribution to the growth of the portfolio Enhancement of your own professional and personal skills Sound like you? You will be a true Retail professional with proven success in Shopping Centre Management, Shopping Centre Operations Management, or Retail Property Management, with an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector. You possess excellent client relationship management skills and always look to find a win/win solution for any challenge you meet. You will have strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead a small team, coupled with outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. A high level of financial aptitude, commercial acumen, analytical skills, and computer literacy. You want to utilise your capabilities to add value to our business with a focus on success for yourself, the tenants and our Client.
