Provide support to women; women and children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, incorporating resilience, trauma informed and strength-based practicesWe are currently seeking a values-driven and proactive Case Manager to provide, as part of a team, case management support and mobile outreach support to women; women and children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, incorporating resilience, trauma informed and strength-based practices.
Our service is a 24/7 service which provides immediate temporary supportive accommodation.
THE ROLE
The Case Worker will provide information, advocacy and linkages into community supports and programs. Work collaboratively within the broader programs of The Salvation Army (TSA) and external Specialist Homelessness providers within the Homelessness wider sector in order to provide an integrated support response to the target group.
This position reports to the Team Leader and is located at ‘Still Waters’ Women’s, Women’s and Children Accommodation Service in Southport
This is a permanent full time position.
