Within the Client Experience Team, our Technical Resolution Specialists are the primary escalation point for complex matters that relate to Advice we have provided to our clients therefore you must have strong Employment Relations knowledge to be able to understand their concerns, undertake the investigation and provide the client with the outcome.
You will work through an allocated caseload, following processes and guidelines set out by the Client Experience Manager with input from our Business Risk Team to ensure we adhere to SLAs and KPIs and manage competing stakeholder interests.
This role will see you collating data to identify trends, reporting on performance and providing analysis on process improvements ensuring that our client feedback is used to help us Be Better.
