About the role

Primary purpose of the role is tosupport the People and Culture team to deliver the Museum’s strategic plan, as it relates to Human Resources and support the business with the provision of HR services.

Essential Requirements 

Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent experience in providing the full range of employee life cycle HR services eg recruitment, training, development in a NSW public sector environment.

Knowledge & Experience 

  • Working knowledge of conditions of employment as set out in the GSE Act 2013, GSE Regulations 2014 and GSE Rules 2014 and the various awards, determinations and agreements affecting staff.
  • Adequate knowledge and experience in order to deliver the Key Accountabilities and perform to the Focus Capabilities outlined in this Role Description.
