Moodagent Australia is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager, with a real passion for music to join our Marketing team. The ANZ Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for Social Media strategy development and execution. This will include content creation, creative direction and execution.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director you will be a thought leader in social marketing and will work with local and international teams internally, as well as partner with external agencies.You’ll have a strong understanding of social trends and culture, knowing how to credibly and sensitively harness them while maintaining brand safety and values.

  • Develop social media strategy (in consultation with Marketing Director) across all key social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat etc.

  • Establish and maintain a social media calendar, in collaboration with the global social team.

  • Develop and execute CRM comms across EDM, SMS and In-App. 

  • Lead creative ideation of content concepts which lead to the development of best in class, results orientated campaigns.

  • Produce, source and publish social media content such as copy and creative.

  • Collaborate closely with the paid social team to inform and implement holistic strategies and creative for above the line media campaigns. 

  • Manage creative teams both internal and external (agencies) to create and deliver content 

  • Daily monitoring and reporting of assigned accounts

  • Establish a strong working relationship between multi-functional stakeholders across product, data insights, partnerships, finance and legal.

  • ROI of Campaigns: Analyse and report regularly on campaign activity.

  • 5+ years experience leading social media channels, 7+ work experience.

  • Music, Entertainment or Tech experience preferred.

  • Specialist in developing social marketing strategies that are native to each channel and that can deliver tangible results.

  • Experience managing relationships with external and internal agencies/design teams to brief and manage original content.

  • Experience running influencers campaigns and how they can be used to extend social campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of how paid and organic content and strategies work together.

  • Proven track record delivering results on social campaigns, with the ability to make insight- and data-driven decisions.

  • Understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business manager tools.

  • Comfortable with campaign reporting and optimisation to ensure we’re on the right track and achieving with our KPIs.

  • Collaborative, team-focused with a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish relationships with the team and external parties.

  • Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
