We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Foreman to join our team on our various WA Projects, FIFO from Perth.

Working within the mobile maintenance department, you will provide supervision, oversight and a safe working environment to the on-site maintenance team. You will ensure planned maintenance and servicing of site mobile equipment is carried out efficiently and safely using sound judgement to meet the objective of maximising production capability.

  • Key Requirements;

  • Have extensive experience in underground mining, in a same or similar role
  • Extensive experience working as a Maintenance Foreman with in an underground mining environment and involvement with earthmoving machinery including makes such as CAT and Sandvik
  • Australian recognised Heavy-Duty Mechanical OR Auto Electrical Trade Certificate
  • Strong credibility in working with and influencing a front line operational workforce
  • Demonstrated capability in a progressive leadership role – moving beyond a compliance focus to leadership, effective safety systems and personal behaviours
  • Ability to act as a key focal point / subject matter expert
  • Strong understanding and capability in safety culture and leadership concepts and practical application of risk assessment; hazard identification and controls; and incident management and investigation
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite
  • Valid Manual Australian Driver's Licence
  • National Police clearance (within 6 months)
