Dialog requires a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to work with one of our large enterprise project teams on a new State Government project. Dialog seeks people who have these capabilities:

Minimum 3 years' experience delivering CRM projects

Solid experience in configuration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM365

Strong skills in business process engineering, workshop facilitation, storyboarding and prototyping

Good understanding of the benefits and key business drivers for using the MS Dynamics CRM product
