Our Role
Our HR Officer reports to the HR Manager for our Southern and Northern regions, spanning Australia and New Zealand, and is responsible for supporting our globally steered and locally executed human resources activities spanning recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and payroll and benefits administration.
Key responsibilities as part of our global hr function include;
The successful candidate may have a Business Administration or Human Resources background, preferably within the mining, manufacturing or related industries. Experience supporting multi locations is preferable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work well autonomously, and as part of a team environment, is necessary. Familiarity with JD Edwards ERP, ADP Payroll System and Taleo ATS is desirable.
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this role.
