To achieve outcomes Lendlease is building a 24/7 rapid response Metropolitan Field Services workforce, where together with SA Water we will deliver trusted water services to the community for their needs now and into the future. Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an Adelaide based HSEQ Systems Support & Training Coordinator to join our SA Water service delivery team. The position provides an opportunity to help ensure the safe operation, and appropriate training for the delivery of maintenance services for the SA Water metropolitan area. What you will do Working as part of the HSEQ team, and collaboratively with our wider service delivery team, the role will provide support to the HSEQ Manager and HSEQ Advisors in the efficient administration of project HSEQ Data and Management Systems to assist delivery of industry leading HSEQ outcomes. You will work with the HSEQ team to ensure a standardised and aligned approach is taken with regards to; Document control, Templates, Form creation, Systems & Processes, and HSEQ Reporting. The role will also maintain the contract training matrix and needs analysis, training plan and records in the Project Portal and Pegasus (application) and provide reporting on training attended, expired training and costs, and verify all training records, licenses and competencies for employees and subcontractors. To be successful in this role, you will have: Certificate IV in WHS or Business Administration qualifications Development and management of Training matrices/plans & ensuring compliance Engaging with front line staff / managers, RTOs, subcontractors and regulatory authorities Advanced skills in SharePoint and Microsoft Excel 3 plus years of relevant industry experience in a training coordination or management systems administration role Desirable attributes Certificate IV in Training & Assessment Certificate IV in Environmental Management ISO9001 Quality Management System training Use of Tableau / Power BI / Pegasus applications If you are focused and aspire to grow your career in a challenging and leading-edge environment, then you will have a future with great possibilities with us.
