As a Sale Representative, you will deliver on annual Out Of Home (OOH) planning initiatives, you will maintain the current customer base and carry out growth initiatives and tasks at store level. Key Responsibilities Customers to be visited at the specified frequency calls per day. Net customer base to be maintained and new business leads identified, recorded, visited and gained as per KPIs Sales Opportunity for all OOH brands to be maximized in each customer. Return on investment criteria to be met for discounts and capital. Achievement of NPD and Core Range distribution targets. Engage in Perfect Store as Best Practice. Deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area. Key Deliverables (KPIS) Implementation of agreed monthly targets.ie; Key Accountabilities & Field 3 1 Goals New product distribution and speed to shelf. Participate and comply in all approved company OH&S programmes. Ensure all data is maintained and updated via CRM Skills and Experience Previous FMCG or Sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal communication skills Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred but not essential. Full Drivers License
