As the Facilities Coordinator you will work with all team members to achieve financial and other KPIs established by the Client and the Regional Operations Manager. You will support and assist the APAC Account Director in providing daily comprehensive facilities management including vendor, financial & project management along with delivery of services. This position is varied and at times hands on. There will be a requirement to work with members from all levels of the organisation. The ideal candidate should have a friendly, pleasant and energetic personality, who enjoys providing excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities... Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation, On-site key point of contact for facilities in the clients premises, Ensure prompt and accurate management of purchase orders including preparation & raising of POs as required, Timely submission of site reports and monthly / quarterly management reports, Provide support to Facilities Manager for all initiatives and process implementation.
