Key parts of the role

  • Excellent customer services skills, able to identify customer needs and tailor solutions
  • Ability to build ongoing rapport with clientele
  • Deliver on store sales targets, operational benchmarks and budgeted profits
  • Assist with deliveries and organization of the stock room
  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Handling online orders

  • Passion for fashion and lifestyle
  • Passion for upholding an exceptional internal and external customer experience 
  • Drive and motivation who can achieve results
  • Previous experience in luxury fashion is preferable but not essential.
