    • We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Wintel Engineer to join our dedicated client in Sydney CBD. This role will be 50% BAU, and 50% project-based work. You will be responsible for managing and administering IT&C systems, including documentation and reporting.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Service desk 3rd level tickets (escalations from 1/2nd level)
  • Vendor escalation
  • System monitoring, proactive system maintenance
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standards
  • Deliver quality customer service internally and externally

    • Key skills and experiences
  • Exchange On-Line/Office365 Tenancy
  • Active Directory Administration (GPO's, DNS/DHCP)
  • Windows Desktop (laptops, virtual machines). Windows 10 specifically and: Windows Server (IaaS). Windows 2012 and above
  • Hardware support (thin clients, laptops, iPads, mobile phones)
  • Scripting (PowerShell) and Networking (including WIFI)
  • Antivirus/Anti-malware experience
  • Firewalls (Cisco/Watch-guard preferred)
  • Virtual environments (Citrix/VMware preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of the Recruitment industry (desirable)
