What will your typical day look like?

The CRM Lead is a critical role for the firm’s global CRM platform, Jupiter, powered by Salesforce.

In this permanent role, you will lead the CRM team in the agile deployment of Jupiter and in driving the CRM Transformation program. You will work with business leaders across Deloitte to ensure a collaborative, agile approach to the transformation program.

Given CRM is a critical part of the firm’s client eco-system, you will also play a key role in implementing the Global O2E (opportunity to engagement) vision and help enable a sales excellence culture for the business, whilst driving the functional priorities with the Global and Regional project teams. As the CRM leader and keen technologist, you will have the knack to see how the key platform integrations and programs of work fit together.

  • Champion the CRM program agenda and ensure clear and accurate messaging in all communications leading to successful transformation
  • Engage with Executives to ensure that the CRM transformation agenda is understood and supported
  • Champion the change management strategy
  • Maintain oversight of the functional platform changes, including attending relevant Global Jupiter deployment calls to gain transparency of upcoming functionality and/or provide approval on AU change requests
  • Represent AU on the various Global and Regional Change, Design and Delivery Boards
  • Represent Jupiter on other firm initiatives or projects
  • Actively manage and monitor Jupiter licence usage and provide quarterly reporting to the CRM Executive Sponsor
  • Work in close collaboration with the Global/Regional O2E key stakeholders to ensure an aligned and integrated ecosystem and a streamlined process that will enable efficiencies
  • Contribute to the firm’s data strategy and policy to protect the integrity and security of CRM data

    You have:

  • A tertiary degree in Commerce or Marketing
  • 7-10 years of experience in: Salesforce; MS Excel, MS Project, Tableau. Marketing automation platform knowledge is a plus Ability to facilitate instructor-led training sessions to any level of seniority Change management experience, specifically with senior stakeholders Project management Transformation/business change experience within a large organization
