We have a unique and outstanding opportunity for experienced Catering Assistants with food prep and cleaning skills to assist with the catering operations at renowned Corporate venues and events in and around Melbourne.

    • What you will have:

  • Proven experience in front & back of house operations, especially in food prep
  • Strong background in sandwich & wraps making, plate up and food presentation and cleaning skills MUST be demonstrated
  • A Cert II in Kitchen Operations is highly desirable
  • A high-level of personal presentation & communication skills
  • Attention to detail to adhere to high food presentation standards
  • The ability to prioritise and manage tasks
  • A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate
  • Maintain clean, safe and hygienic work practices
  • General kitchen cleaning, dishes and deep clean skills
  • Police Check or willing to obtain one
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Must have a valid Working with Children Check for employment  or willing to obtain one

    • Our uniform requirements:

  • Have the following uniform or willing to purchase: Black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, black enclosed leather look shoes (suitable for the kitchen)
