Job Description

Reporting to the National Customer Care Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 

  • Create, maintain and improve new and current client relations
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices, report analysis and boss order creations
  • Draft and issue certificates and processes with clients 
  • Confirm trade shipping orders with an Order Confirmation 
  • Receipt trade shipping orders 
  • Managements of orders and certification of trade work 

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Two years coal experience within laboratory environments (preferable) 
  • Commercial document training 
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Suite Office and CCLAS 
  • Strong data interpretation and analysis 
  • Excellent time and project management skills 
  • Familiarity with analytical procedures for coal (highly desirable)
