You will be an insurance litigation lawyer at the 5+ year level (Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel) .

Your role

Will see you act on behalf of some of Australia’s largest insurers and major Australian and international corporate clients on multi-million dollar disputes . The variety in your practice includes 25% managing motor vehicle litigation property damage recovery claims and defences; 30% fraud and identity dispute and advice; 30% life insurance matters for trustees and insurers; and 15% builder’s warranty/subrogated recoveries.
