    About the Role

    We are looking for a motivational, sales driven Store Manager for the highly successful Toowoomba showroom. In this role, you will be expected to drive a strong team to offer the optimum customer experience, whilst working to targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sales ability, drive and passion for furniture and homewares.

    Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience with selling high ticket items
  • Experienced in leading a team from the front
  • Strong retail management experience in a sales focused environment
  • Consistently amazing customer service
  • Ability to work to structured KPIs and sales targets
  • Driven to be at the top of the leader board with your sales.
  • Ability to work as a team and to an individual target/ commissions
  • Love and passion for homewares/furniture
  • Smart presentation
  • Full availability - must be able to work weekends!
