We are seeking to appoint a customer acquisition manager into this newly created role to focus on growing our presence in this market.

Our aim is to be the number one Career Navigation partner, by getting people into the right job, fast. Giving employers the ability to help their outplaced staff way beyond the day they leave their employment.

To do that we need to increase our market share, connect with more customers and help more outplaced job seekers, that is where you come in. We are seeking an exceptional Customer Acquisition Manager to develop new client business in our mid-market Career Transition segments. Your territory will be Australia wide, but you will ideally be based in Sydney.

Your day will include:

  • Staying abreast of current employment market trends and identifying new business opportunities, ensuring your market is mapped
  • Meeting and connecting with potential clients
  • Working in an Agile environment you will complete weekly sprints
  • Preparing and presenting client presentations and RFT/RFP responses and proposals
  • Contract negotiations
  • Working closely with our customer success team
