Your ‘day to day’ In this role you will shape and execute the digital strategy aligned with the PMI vision. You will oversee the development and execution of the local strategic roadmap and leverage digital channels to strengthen the tobacco presence in the B2B and build the Reduced Risk Product category and PMI brands to delight customers and consumers in B2C. Other responsibilities include: •Take charge of planning and developing digital strategies and transformation to boost customer engagement, increase digital adoption and promote operational efficiency in B2B RTM, in line with deployment strategy. •Develop local digital priorities, guide execution of digital plans and oversee digital marketing budget & performance metrics •Deliver strategic approach in driving digital engagement and generate sales revenue through B2B platform •Lead the Digital team, define required skills and resources and capability development needs in market •Drive buy-in across teams and with external stakeholders; serve as the executive sponsor for digital innovation Who we’re looking for•Experience in digital or performance marketing, including knowledge and usage of SF•Strong experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B and B2C as well as proven experience in Paid Media, Martech & Adtech technology stacks•Proven ability to educate and influence stakeholders around digital programs and technologies•Broad knowledge of the digital landscape and the latest technologies with a deep understanding of digital/multi-channel/omni-channel processes and engagement What we offer Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
