This is an exciting all-round, generalist Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing Coordinator role at a growing, successful software company (HQ in USA), based in Sydney. Ideal for someone with 2-3+ of successful B2B Marketing experience. You'll be key in continuing growth, creating leads for the sales teams, developing strategy and managing various (digital and traditional) marketing channels. You'll build relationships across the organisation and be part of a tight-nit, ambitious team.
About the role Develop creative strategy and deliver brand campaigns Develop and report on marketing and brand metrics Create and own the marketing calendar and milestones Work with the Creative team to produce on-brand marketing assets and strategy Collaborate with association partners and publishers to stay up-to-date with new features and industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth Drive brand collaborations and partnerships Utilise knowledge of products, industry, and competition to present value propositions to support Sales team to meet their goals Support the Marketing Manager to implement the marketing plan Produce engaging written content to be used across all marketing channels including blogs, search ads, programmatic display, social media, website and electronic communications Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the AU & Asia website.
In this all-round (digital and non-digital) marketing role, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns from start to finish, the role includes the full marketing mix of: event management, producing and publishing digital content, briefing designers to create collateral, and supporting the digital presence. You'll also work closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams (both domestic and international), this is a great opportunity for the right candidate wanting exposure to all facets of Marketing with a fast-paced and innovative B2B brand. This is an all-round position that would suit an intermediate candidate (2-3+ years of successful B2B marketing experience) who is wanting to jump start their marketing career.

Your tasks & responsibilities
Your Profile Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience Three plus (3+) years of successful marketing experience, in a B2B environment (e.g. Software, ICT, Property, Real Estate or Telecommunications) Digital marketing experience, including SEO, SEM, social media Solid understanding of project management process and the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently Experience in dealing with key internal and external stakeholder management including general management, sales, product, agency, channel partners. Adobe Creative suite experience, Google Adwords & Google Analystics
