A permanent, full-time position is available for an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to manage activities of the toller warehouse and distribution operations in Australia, NZ and PNG. Responsibilities including:
* Establish customer service requirements with the Supply Chain, Customer Service and sales division management and ensure customer orders are managed accordingly
* Provide ZDD (Zero Defective Delivery) specific training to 3rd party logistics providers as required
* Manage the day to day activities of the Tollers regarding dispatch in a cost effective and efficient manner by directing, controlling, and monitoring all system generated documentation
* Conduct Site Dangerous Goods Audits (IMDG and/or ADG code) to assess risk for ISO Accreditation (9001) requirements on third party suppliers as per the schedule to ensure compliance to company requirements
* Monitor results of stocktakes/cycle counts and assist in investigation of discrepancies
* Assist in organising urgent shipments (including airfreight) in a cost-effective manner
* Ensuring full compliance (including FCPA standard), with all applicable regulatory and corporate standards.
* Participate in Continuous Improvement Programs such as TPM and 5S as required
* Assist in filling in for Supply Chain Manager when on Leave
* Other Duties as required
Safety Responsibilities include:
* Adhere to company SHEQ policies, procedures and rules and follow safe work practices
* Report any hazards into the company's Interlex reporting system. Assist in the identification of control measures to eliminate or minimize the risk of injury
* Participate in SHEQ activities including safety observations, inspections, investigations, SHEQ meetings as scheduled

Skills & Experience
* Production management certification
* ADG and/or IMDG Competent. Strong understanding of Dangerous Goods laws and regulations
* Experience with third party and 4PL manufacturing and tollers
* Previous Supply Chain Manager experience
* People management experience with direct reports
* Must have previously worked on following IT platforms/ systems
o iScala and have knowledge of how SAP works - ERP systems
o Velocity/ Intelex - Safety Platforms
o ETQ - Quality Platform
o Workday - HR and performance management Platform
o Concur - Finance Platform
* Must have sourced chemicals from America, Europe, India, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Specific to Dangerous Goods for ISOtainers and ICO-Terms for shipping delivers
* Must have led Request for Proposal and implemented the changes in the last 5 Years on 3rd Party Line haul service provider Transporting Dangerous Goods
* Must have implemented and managed Order to Cash process that has improved order processing, Delivered in Full on Time improvement and cash collection
