We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent. You will be experienced in full-cycle volume recruiting and have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.

What you’ll do

  • Develop ’fit for purpose’ talent acquisition (direct sourcing) strategies and promoting our EVP
  • Leverage systems and technology to support efficient process delivery
  • Ensure full document control, audit readiness, and timely candidate & hiring manager communications
  • Support our internal mobility strategy - ensuring roles are visible internally and hiring managers understand the value of hiring and promoting internal talent
  • Support, coach and up-skill hiring managers across the business support and back up other Talent Acquisition team members
