Key Responsibilities Work across a range of large, complex project typologies through technical phases Collaborate in a team and under the direction of Project Leaders as well as autonomously leading packages Liaise with clients, consultants, councils and team members Produce full documentation packages from scratch with a high level of detail Initiate improvements in-house technical & Revit systems, whilst producing good quality documentation Mentor and support junior team members in providing technical documentation and detailing know-how
Skills & Experience Relevant Tertiary qualification 10+ years of post-graduate experience in practice Experience working with complex files and large scale projects across a mix of typologies Strong understanding of the constructabilty of large scale complex projects High-level Revit proficiency with min. 3+ years practical experience with Revit Ability to prioritise time and workload Attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and efficient approach
