About the role:

Programmed Care are a leading disability support services provider - we are seeking dedicated support workers to assist a range of aged and disability clients in the Western suburbs of Melbourne.

The services are during the day and are mainly mid-week supporting with personal care, community access and domestic duties.

These positions require an Australian drivers licence, reliable car and third-party fire and theft or comprehensive car insurance.

What we need from you:

Experience

  • Minimum 6 months recent Healthcare experience in Australia or reciprocal country
  • OR
  • 2nd Year Nursing student & 6 - 8 weeks nursing placement experience within Australia or reciprocal country

    • Documents

  • Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support
  • OR
  • Nursing study transcripts
  • Australian Police check (completed within the last 12 months or willing to obtain)
  • First Aid (completed within the last 3 years)
  • Two professional references who can confirm your healthcare experience
