About the role
This role will suit an Assistant Property Manager eager to develop their career and who thrives within a busy environment. You'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience within a supportive team and respectful environment and work closely with the Account, Facilities, Development and Legal Teams to ensure coverage of the property administrative functions.
Reporting to the National Property Manager you’ll enjoy; Assisting the Property Manager to clarify leasing responsibilities for the Facilities Team Maintaining the Leasing software system to ensure it is current for other business streams to utilise Assisting with aspects of the Property Manager’s roles Being the main point of contact for accounts related enquiries Assisting with managing the Property insurance process and ensuring regular reconciliation of claims Assisting with coordination of centre refurbishments and projects Ensuring regular internal communication from the Property team to key stakeholders Ensuring record keeping on the various platforms are up to date Managing the Property Team diary and travel arrangements Assisting with development pipeline site selection and design Providing operational support to the Property team

You’ll also have: Experience in accounts, legal, property, facilities management or project management Qualifications in Real Estate or Property Economics will be highly desirable Understanding of financial and accounting processes and practices Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software systems relative to the role (Windows 10, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Great teamwork and stakeholder management skills A proactive approach in resolving outstanding issues Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Can do attitude to assist the Property team in various areas Excellent organisation and attention to detail
