The Role

  • Provide expert advice and practical solutions to support project-based personnel to ensure the effective implementation of quality and assurance management systems
  • Partner with SHEQ Quality and Assurance Manager to prepare annual Project Integrated Audit & Inspection Plan and maintain the Plan
  • Schedule and conduct internal audits and action tracking to ensure compliance with Ventia requirements, and certifications/accreditations are maintained
  • Provide advice on close out of Corrective Action Reports (CARs)
  • Schedule and conduct internal, systems, supplier/subcontractor audits
  • Monitoring the implementation of SHEQ Management Plans

    • Skills & Qualifications

  • Tertiary Qualification in Workplace/ Occupation Health and Safety, Occupational Hygiene and Health, Environmental or Quality Equivalent
  • Formal training in incident investigation
  • Lead Systems Auditor certification/qualifications

    • Special Conditions

  • This position requires that the incumbent be eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance. 
  • The applicant must be an Australian Citizen.
  • This position requires an Australian Federal Police check
  • Whilst this is an Adelaide based role there will be significant travel throughout South Australia.
