About the role

Reporting into the Head of Liquor Direct, this is a newly created role responsible for developing delivering our eCommerce strategy for Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. You will be accountable for driving sales through conversion and site engagement for all brands across all online platforms and applications.

In this role, you lead the development of our online customer experience (CX and UX) and the commerce and content strategy online and via apps, supporting both online and retail.

What you’ll be doing

On a day to day basis you’ll be responsible for driving the Liquorland, Vintage Cellars and First Choice Liquor Market online businesses. Driving sales and customer engagement.

You’ll also:

  • Lead the insights and analytics for the eCommerce businesses
  • Drive transformation in the business through expansion in new markets
  • Be responsible for the end to end content strategy, marketing publications and digital catalogues across all brands
  • Ensure the growth plan is strategically sound and delivers required growth
  • Drive the product development roadmap to deliver enhanced customer experiences across all devices
  • Develop and responsible for brands mobile applications and future product solutions

    • Good things you’ll need

    A creative and commercial leader with proven experience in building and running an end to end eCommerce retail business from the ground up. You have demonstrated success in building online sites and delivering strong growth and conversion.

    You’ll also need

  • A customer obsessed mindset with a strong Customer Experience and User Experience
  • Proven experience running a commercial business with full P&L responsibility with sound commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience delivering content strategy to drive engagement
  • Experience in leading and coaching a diverse and high performing team in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, communications skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Project Management skills and ability to deliver transformation projects
  • Ability to drive change based on customer insights #LI-BU
