    The Role

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rates Controller to join the Programmed Skilled Workforce National Pricing and Rates Management team!

    This role will be based predominantly in Notting Hill location, just minutes from the Monash Freeway and close to Mount Waverley train station.

    Reporting to the Rates Management Team Leader you will be providing rate support to the Programmed managed labour and staffing businesses.

  • Interpretation of industrial instruments (Awards, Enterprise Agreements)
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of rate tools and processes
  • Conducting of in-depth analysis and reporting
  • Managing and controlling rates ensuring system and tool legislative and contractual compliance
  • Liaising with management, and both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting in key projects, including annual National Wage increase 

    • Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience interpreting Industrial Instruments (highly desirable but not essential)
  • Sound computer knowledge, especially with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate, plan and prioritise tasks
