About the role
The team is responsible for:
  • Recruitment coordination and staff on-boarding
  • Goods receipt, Stationary, Work Orders and Budget (FMT) support
  • Corporate Reporting
  • Coordination and Management of Document Management Systems (TRIM/SharePoint)
  • Manage and create Drives, Folders and Team sites
  • Logistics, coordination and management of external & internal meetings/appointments and correspondence, including committee, debrief invites, conformance and validation emails.
  • Assessment logistics including Tender tenancy, Tender computers, Registry, allocation of Phone & Storage Lockers, catering, tender cards
  • Review Committee Logistics including booking meeting room (Boardroom) and Catering
  • General admin support
  • Skills and experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Federal Government
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • professional and confident phone manner
  • strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, an ability to manage competing priorities, and a high degree of flexibility to multitask
