The opportunity:

Our beautifully located 99 bed Highton Gardens Care Community is looking for a strong Clinical Leader to join our team. As a Care Manager at Highton Gardens you will be in charge of leading and mentoring the team of clinicians as well as building and maintaining a culture of success. As a senior Clinician, you will work alongside the General Manager on creating and implementing a change management strategy. Our Clinical Manager will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. You will have a passion to build strong, meaningful connections with our residents and their families while living our purpose of ‘bringing joy to those we care for’. 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a Leadership or Management role in aged or health care sector
  • AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
  • Knowledge of aged care industry, regulations and funding (AACQA; ACFI)
  • The ability to actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards
  • A strong team focus in developing your team and maintaining a great team culture
  • Experience in change management
  • A genuine passion for building long term, meaningful relationships with our residents and their families
  • The ability to promote continuous clinical improvement
