Procore is looking for a Professional Services Solutions Consultant to play an integral role in supporting the sale of Procore's Professional Services to international markets. You'll leverage your deep experience leading software implementations, as well as your knowledge in SaaS to inspire customer confidence in the value of our Professional Services. As part of a growing team, you’ll scope and prescribe Professional Services offerings for clients and prospective clients to drive adoption and services revenue. 

As a successful Professional Services Solutions Consultant , you’ll serve as the critical link between commitments made during the sales cycle and delivery of the services. You'll help prospects architect best practice strategies that address specific customer business needs that are practical to implement and easy to service. 

This position reports into the Senior Manager, Engagements and will be based in our Sydney, Australia office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Uncover potential business opportunities with customer prospects through client discovery, researching and understanding prospects' go-to-market strategies, and identifying potential solution hypotheses and value drivers of our Professional Services
  • Propose Professional Services solutions that transform the business and organisational culture of prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits
  • Develop an expert understanding of Procore's technology to create and support SOW and addendums representing the interests of customers and the Professional Services team
  • Review, advise, and approve the scope and cost of Procore's professional services
  • Manage project and account financials, including revenue forecasting, expense management, Reduce Concessions and “Working at Risk” requests across the APAC region
  • Drive customer satisfaction by working closely with clients during the sales cycle, early in the implementation phase, and through their transition to their assigned Customer Success Manager
  • Play a leading role in the development of the services team as we scale, including process, people, and technology
  • Formally elevate and increase the importance of Project Management skills and approaches across our international markets
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, e.g., with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales departments
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelors degree is preferred; MA/MS/MBA degree a plus
  • 5+ years of Enterprise software Implementation or Scoping experience focusing on technology consulting, project management, or customer management. International experience is strongly desired
  • Relevant experience working in Sales in one or more of the following areas: prescribing services related to upselling, cross-selling, change orders, or solution best practices
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, including comfort with technical concepts and ability to learn new technology applications
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with both technical and business team members
  • Working Knowledge of Professional Services Automation Software, specifically project tracking, resource management, and utilisation
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate an understanding of requirements to execute
  • Ability to make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan with limited guidance
  • Consulting skills (e.g. strategic, technological) and balance between a service-driven and sales mindset
