Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating both pre and post submission correspondence along with the production of all submissions including Budget, EOI and Tenders to secure new business across the Infrastructure business by producing timely and exceptional quality submissions and prequalification documents, tailored to the requirements of each client.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Preparing submissions of pre-qualifications, tenders and fully detailed estimates in an efficient and timely manner
  • Filter, receive and record all pre and post submission communication for Budgets, ECI, EOI or tender documents
  • Review the requirements of all submissions and develop a document that meets the criteria requested.
  • Collate quality data and information from relevant contributors across multiple business functions to ensure EOI and tender documents are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage end to end coordination and production of EOI proposals, tenders and other publications from concept to delivery
  • Effective coordination, implementation, control and completion of all submissions according to submission requirements
  • Track deadlines and monitor status of submitted submissions providing prompts for follow up to relevant parties
  • Contribute to the overall bid strategy as required
  • Identification and implementation of submission best practice.

    • We are looking for;

  • Tertiary level qualification (business, marketing or communications) is desirable
  • Strong administration experience and preferably in an engineering environment
  • Demonstrated proven experience coordinating the production of compliant submissions in a contracting environment
  • Proficient in effective communications, desktop graphics and submission preparation/coordination
  • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Sound understanding of the application of complicated and complex technical information
  • Experience using CRM
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • High attention to detail
