The Roles:

We have two vacancies: Senior People Partner - Rewards and a People Partner - Rewards. Both positions are full-time roles, preferably based in Melbourne, but arrangements can be made to be based in Sydney or for part-time.

These roles are responsible for supporting the Head of People Rewards, System & Policy to provide remuneration and benefits consultancy and operational support to Iress. Iress has people-based in nine countries. This role works in partnership with local People Partners to provide reward services globally.

What you will be doing:

Equity Plans:

  • Support the annual equity grants under employee and executive share plans, including the nomination process

  • Respond to employee, company secretariat and finance team queries regarding share plans

  • Liaise with third parties (e.g. Share Plan Administrator, Tax Advisors, Legal Advisors)

  • Salary review:

  • Contribute to salary surveys and analyse the results of the surveys to provide input to the business on market remuneration levels

  • Provide policy and employee communication inputs into the annual review

  • Remuneration Structure and Strategy:

  • Propose and analyse changes to remuneration and benefit programs in response to business needs

  • Support the implementation to changes to remuneration and benefits programs, including assisting with employee communications

  • Benefits Renewals:

  • Support annual benefits renewals globally, in partnership with local People team representatives and our third party insurance broker

  • Remuneration Report:

  • Prepare remuneration report disclosures with input from the Finance team

  • Liaise with Auditors

  • What you will need:

    The following skills will be highly regarded:

  • Experience in Equity Plans and executive pay

  • Experience in writing remuneration reports and board papersKnowledge of remuneration and benefit practices and structures in the core markets in which Iress operates (in particular Australia and the UK)

  • Knowledge of remuneration legislation and regulations, in particular as relevant to ASX-listed companies

  • Strong analytical, project management and organisational skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience using Workday and Computershare (Employee Online and Employer Online) software is highly regarded but not essential
