A.J. Dralle, Inc., is looking for a polished marketing and sales professional to become our new Sales Manager. The ideal candidate would have marketing and customer service experience in either the filtration, paint, finishing/coating, or other related manufacturing industry. Job duties
include, but are not limited to:
1. Inside and outside sales
2. Customer service
3. Market research
4. Develop sales plans
5. Provide accurate customer quotes
6. Attend trade shows
7. Assist with social media, newsletters, and website
8. Work with upper management to maintain messaging and brand awareness
9. Help create marketing materials

Job Requirements:

Skills needed to succeed in this position include:
1. Great customer service and sales talent
2. Comfort with numerical operations
3. Some technical knowledge of filtration, paint, or finishing applications
4. Ability to multi-task
5. Self-starter who can work independently
6. Creative thinking on sales and marketing strategies
