About the role

:

Reporting to the senior manager, you will be responsible for understanding the project goals and objectives and the impact of the change on both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will develop and deliver a wide range of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels to achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end campaign mangaement, digital and traditional channels
  • Liaise with external media agencies on adverts and small integrated advertising campaigns.
  • Work with an in-house graphic design team to develop collateral for projects.
  • Provide brand advice to business lines and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the Community of Practice events held quarterly for the Communications and Design Community in the cluster
  • Develop merchandise for events and program initiatives.
  • Provide advice and review sponsorships and partnerships programs for business lines
  • Maintain a strategic understanding of Departmental priorities and challenges and lead the translation of them into effective digital communication strategies, solutions and standards.
  • Stay abreast of government obligations, emerging issues and risks and opportunities impacting digital communications

    • About you:

    You will have a track record delivering first class marketing and communications within a programme & project management environment, gained within large complex environment. You will bring an understanding of the importance of good stakeholder management, solid planning and - above all - high-impact and credible hands-on delivery. You'll be comfortable devising and shaping plans within a constantly changing commercial environment.

    You'll also be adept at building key senior relationships, and of exerting your influence. Good written and face communication skills are a must.

  • Demonstrated minimum 5 years' experience in campaign management (can include direct Agency experience).
  • Marketing Degree or equivalent tertiary business or communication qualification and/or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in national through the line campaign execution (including new product introductions) with Tier 1 brands and companies.
  • Knowledge of Customer Marketing and/or Product Marketing.
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with complex third party relationships for success.
  • End to end event management experience
  • Experience of monitoring, reporting and forecasting against plans and budgets
