The lead Service designer will be responsible for overseeing this piece of work on larger engagements with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams by mapping all the ongoing initiatives that touch the enterprise product portfolio.
The lead systems-led designer will be primarily focused on:
Defining the challenge and facilitating the end-to-end process of mapping complex relationships between initiatives with the relevant stakeholders,Conducting workshops and/or interviews with cross-functional teams to understand synergies, dependencies and impacts
Designing the future vision of ways of working and identifying leverage points,Creating a prototype for the future solution, experiment and iterate the design
This role sits as part of the Systems-Led & Service Design Team within the Product, Innovation & Engineering business unit. The Lead Systems-Led Designer will support the Head of Portfolio Strategy and Optimisation to provide design expertise and experience to the development of artefacts that will provide visibility across enterprise initiatives, in order to enable better decision-making for senior leadership teams and drive enterprise efficiencies.
The Systems-Led & Service Design Team provides a joined-up approach to strategy & service design, business design, organisation design and change management underpinned by systems thinking, working closely with the Portfolio Strategy and Optimisation team for this piece of work.
