Theposition is responsible for responding to queries emanating from consumers visiting the Cabot’s website, facebook page, and whatsapp for inspiration and information.
The position is in existence to engage the consumer in the woodcare journey and create an emotional relationship between the consumer and Cabot’s brand with the ultimate aim of converting propensity to purchase/brand favour to conversion to sale of Cabot’s woodcare products.
