    • As the Mobile/Web Developer you will be responsible for the development of the following:

  • Customer Web Portal; The customer web portal would provide customers and resellers the means to which they could manage telephony functions, make online orders, track existing orders and create and track support tickets.
  • Internal CRM; The internal CRM would comprise of customer management, inventory management, support ticket management, project management, procurement and finance modules.
  • Application Server; The application server would allow integration via mobile and desktop apps to the company's telephony and CRM platforms.

    • As the Developer you would be responsible for the full design, implementation and testing functions of the project.
