We are looking for Disability Services Coaches to join us in Maroubra, Burwood , Sutherland, Bankstown, Campbelltown, Penrith, Parramatta and Hornsby NSW on a Full Time Permanent basis. As Disability Services Coach you will mentor and support our teams of Care Workers, both new and established. You will use your facilitation and team management skills to encourage our teams to take shared responsibility for customer outcomes and also improve their problem-solving abilities.

    • As a Disability Services Coach you will:

  • Support new start-ups as well as established teams
  • Encourage teams to take responsibility and improve their problem-solving skills
  • Coach and support teams and individual members meeting KPI’s and realizing other team outputs
  • Discuss the trends perceived in a team. A coach often facilitates multiple teams and develops expertise to be shared when coaching other teams
  • Ensure two-way communication between Care Worker Teams and the Disability Services Leadership Team
  • Recruit Care Workers and manage talent pipelines
  • Embed a safety culture and actively role model and prioritise employee safety and wellbeing
  • Support employees to manage concerns/queries in relation to pay
  • Respond to and manage concerns in relation to employee performance and/or disciplinary matters.

    • To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Extensive experience in the Disability sector or a related sector (which may include Lived Experience)
  • Knowledge of the relevant industry landscapes and issues arising
