This is an exciting opportunity to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management Division as a Commercial Finance Manager based in our Head office in Sydney, NSW. In this key role with the business you will provide financial support to CRM Commercial business including the Marketing Team and Sales Managers to drive financial results of CRM and provide timely forecast and reporting of performance.

Your key responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

  • Working with the Commercial team to prepare timely monthly and quarterly LBE Sales forecast and reporting package for Regional review including assisting the commercial team to identify and understanding variances to projected forecasts
  • Provide Market Modelling to empower Marketing Team to understand and define the CRM ANZ market and assist to achieve alignment of ANZ CRM market with APAC team in quarterly LBE reviews
  • Perform annual segmentation of customer accounts to assist sales team to target sales and gain market share
  • Develop and assist commercial business to prepare annual CRM Territory Plans
  • Provide support on Financial preparation for Product Launches, promotions and analytics to track sales performance
  • Be the subject matter expert and have primary responsibility for managing CRM Sales Reporting including SAP, Pulse Business Warehouse, Dodeca and Power BI reporting
  • Prepare Quarterly Infoview Market analysis reporting
  • Establish and maintain reporting on Salesforce effectiveness including sales team call planners and service team support
  • What makes you a successful candidate?

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 5+ years of accounting related work experience
  • Healthcare and Medical device industry experience preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate (written and oral) effectively to all stakeholders
  • ERP System knowledge – preferably SAP
  • Power BI and Business Warehouse experience preferred
  • Salesforce reporting experience preferred, Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative and consultative
