The Opportunity

With continued growth in our Service divisions, our Emerald branch is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Service Administrator to join the team. This newly created position will be best suited to someone who enjoys systematic attention to detailed work. Your core responsibilities will be centred around: 

  • Internal, customer and warranty work order opening, preparation and closure for all service invoicing
  • Timesheet processing and payroll support
  • Purchase order and invoice processing
  • Service employee training, accommodation and induction scheduling
  • The Ideal Candidate

  • Skillset – Computerised Management System proficiency in invoicing, warranty, purchase orders and payroll. Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded. Microsoft Office fluency.
